Real estate advisory JUSTO RealFintech has signed four new residential and commercial sales-and-marketing mandates across Pune worth a combined Rs 689 crore. The four are Truespace by Atharva Developments in Wakad (Rs 120 crore), a new launch by Royal Realty in Rahatani (Rs 142 crore), Puneville by Pharande Spaces in Punawale (Rs 210 crore, mixed residential-commercial), and L Axis by Pharande Promoters and Builders in Moshi (Rs 217 crore).
Three of the four are repeat mandates with developers JUSTO has worked with before. Founder Pushpamitra Das said the real measure of a partnership is not the first mandate, but the confidence to return with the next one.
For buyers scanning Pune’s western and PCMC-adjacent corridors, the spread is a useful signal: Punawale and Moshi in particular are emerging micro-markets, helped by PCMC proximity and the industrial belt. As always, a marketing mandate reflects developer confidence rather than a guarantee of returns – treat it as a shortlist prompt, then check RERA status and each developer’s delivery record before committing.
