YEIDA has announced a 2026 residential plot scheme offering 973 plots across Sectors 15C, 18 and 24A along the Yamuna Expressway, roughly 5–15 km from Noida International Airport (Jewar).
Plots come in four sizes — 162 sqm, 200 sqm, 223 sqm and 290 sqm — at an estimated pre-launch rate of about ₹35,000 per square metre, putting indicative prices between roughly ₹56 lakh and ₹1.01 crore. Final pricing will be confirmed in the official brochure.
Allotment will be through a transparent computer-based draw, with full refunds to unsuccessful applicants in 30–60 days. The official brochure and application dates are still awaited — one to track for buyers targeting the airport corridor.
