A formal 10-month roadmap is now in motion: months 1-6 for a techno-economic feasibility report, and months 7-10 to finalise the master plan. Consultant bid submissions close on August 5, with technical bids opening August 7.
In a related move, the Noida Authority is reviving stalled Sector-150 Sports City residential plots -27 subleased builder projects in SC-1 and 24 in SC-2 by allowing troubled builders to bring in joint-development partners.
Together, the two decisions signal a push to unlock large-scale residential supply along the Yamuna corridor dates worth marking for buyers tracking the airport belt.
