Saraansh Verdict: At around ₹1.30 lakh per sq. yard, ACE Acreville is undeniably priced at a premium, I’d have liked to see it closer to ₹1 to 1.05 lakh. But I still rate it a worthwhile buy for the right buyer. This is a society plot, not an authority plot: a gated township with five-star-style club amenities, resort landscaping, security and a quality of neighbour that an authority sector simply can’t match, and someone in Delhi (or abroad) can own here without worrying about the plot lying unattended. The Yamuna Expressway growth story, the Jewar airport, Film City and improving connectivity, is real, but it rewards patience: buy only with full payment and a long horizon, not for a two-year entry-and-exit. My honest prediction is that by 2032 township plots like these could trade around ₹4.5 lakh per yard while authority plots reach ₹2 lakh per metre. Expensive today, yes, but I stand by it as worth the buy. Grab a unit.
