ACE YXP

ACE YXP is a modern lifestyle centre by ACE Group at Plot No. C1 and C2, TS-06, Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway, in YEIDA City. Positioned as the first of its kind commercial destination in NCR, it stretches across 16,004.32 sq m and brings together high street retail, open air restaurants, a food court, next generation gaming zones, a premier multiplex, a banquet hall and upscale studio apartments under one roof.

The architecture draws on the Art Deco movement, with an imposing facade, themed landscapes, urban promenades, art installations, a fountain and dynamic social hubs. Rather than a conventional mall, the format is built around dwell time, mixing commercial, social and hospitality uses so the centre works across the day and into the evening.

The location logic is the airport. ACE YXP sits along the 165 km Yamuna Expressway, positioned to capture traffic from the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar. That airport is planned across 7,200 acres with six runways and capacity for around seven crore passengers, which would make it among Asia’s largest, alongside a substantial cargo terminal serving exports from the NCR region.

Connectivity extends to the Noida Greater Noida Expressway, the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor and a proposed metro station. A planned driverless pod taxi circuit spanning over 25 km is expected to add an automated electric transit link across the YEIDA area. The land was allotted by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority under a sub lease deed dated 12 June 2023. The project is developed by Starcity Builders and Promoters LLP, a body corporate of ACE Group, and registered with UP RERA under UPRERAPRJ397607.
