Saraansh Verdict: ATS Province D Olympia is, to my mind, a fancier and better plotted township than ACE Estate, and a genuine second chance for anyone who kept meaning to book at ACE Estate and missed it. It is purely plotted, with no high-rise mixed in, spread over a green, low-density 101-acre layout with a 1.5 lakh sq.ft clubhouse and a school, hospital and retail planned inside the gates. It shares a boundary with ACE Terra in the same Sector 22D belt on the Yamuna Expressway. My advice is the same I gave for ACE Estate: enter with a 5-year horizon, pick a good size and a good facing, and the money will be made; if you mean to live here, start construction after about four years, once the ecosystem matures. For those who hesitated last time, do not hesitate again. Go for it.
