Saraansh Verdict: For the first time I’m going to be this vocal and pushy about a project: as an end-user, an investor or a trader, Experion Saatori is a must-buy. My stance is usually defensive, and I passed on Experion Elements because I found the location poor, but here Experion has hit the bull’s eye. It is a genuinely low-density plan: only three towers and about 418 homes on five acres, with sensible 2,100 to 3,200 sq.ft sizes that keep ticket prices reachable while delivering real luxury, Italian marble, modular kitchen, full air-conditioning and Mivan construction, all at around Rs 17,000 per sq.ft all-inclusive. If your budget allows, buy the 3,200 sq.ft 4 BHK without a doubt; in 3 BHK I would prefer the 2,100 sq.ft over the 2,600. The Singapore-backed FDI pedigree, the staggered 5%+5% payment plan and mid-2030 possession make it strong for investors too. I am buying a unit myself, and so should you.
