Instead hume ye dekhna chaiye ki iss location ke aas paas ka ecosystem kaisa hai and humare work place se ye commutable hai ya nahi.

Aaj kal ke zamaane mein 1 ghante se upar 1 way travel karna dilutes your Life Quality. Isiliye roz West Delhi ya North Delhi travel karne waale yahan shift hokar apni Life pe load naa lein. Delhi ke business hub CP ki baat karein toh drive se 1.5 ghanta per way hai. But if you can commute by Metro, then this Project is advisable. Aqua Line ka Sector 142 se Botanical Garden ka judna will have you direct access to blue line making about 1 hour metro distance to CP, which is decent.
